Rafferty's Shoes is a Sydney-based Australian brand making barefoot-style shoes for kids, designed by a mum with input from foot experts. I like that the sneakers have a wide toe box, a flexible zero-drop sole and an easy strap, and they also do seamless kids' socks with extra room around the toes. The shoes use vegan materials, and it's a fairly new brand.

How Rafferty’s Shoes fits

These are kids' shoes only, so there's no adult range to size. Add 1cm to your child's foot length and pick the closest size, and use the markers inside the shoe to see when to size up. They ship only to Australia and New Zealand.
