Softstar handcrafts its shoes in one workshop in Philomath, Oregon, using soft top-grain leather, with Vibram soles on many styles. I'd call it mainly a unisex adult range plus a good kids' range, covering everyday shoes, slippers, sandals, running shoes and boots, all with wide toe boxes and zero drop soles. They also sell socks and a few foot-care extras, and many styles can be customised.

How Softstar Shoes fits

Most styles come in regular and wide, and the Primal shapes are very roomy across the toes. The Primal RunAmoc runs short, so Softstar says go up one size. Many styles are lowish over the toes, but I'd look at the Astoria if you need more height.
