Vita Minimalista is a Brazilian brand making barefoot trainers, leather boots and trail boots and shoes, plus a women's ballet flat, all with a wide toe box and a flat 3.5mm natural rubber sole on the models that state it. I like that the range goes beyond everyday trainers to include trail and gym-style models, and they also sell replacement zero drop insoles. The website is in Portuguese and prices are in reais, so it's mainly aimed at buyers in Brazil.

I'd measure your foot and leave about 0.5 cm spare, as Vita advise. Roomy in width, but one buyer found the Cachorro-do-Mato shallow over the toes, while the Onça Pintada boot is far wider.
